The goal was to create a welcoming online store, making shopping a breeze while offering a space for coffee lovers to explore diverse products. Aimed for a visually attractive design that not only showcased coffee culture but also made navigation easy for users to browse, purchase, and enhance their coffee enjoyment. The Coffee Preference Survey simplifies the coffee journey, and the design ensures that browsing, purchasing, and enjoying coffee are delightful experiences.

The Challenge

In a competitive coffee market, typical websites and surveys often lack the engagement needed to draw active participation. To set this website apart and truly connect with potential customers, our challenge was to design a survey that offered an immersive and unique experience. The survey aimed to gather valuable user data for improvements and understand their specific coffee preferences. Ensuring the website and survey were not overwhelming became crucial in addressing this challenge.

I would have greatly appreciated the opportunity to conduct user testing, specifically for the navigation, product selection, and the checkout process. Exploring the simplicity of the Coffee Preference Survey through testing could have provided valuable insights into user interaction and satisfaction.
